What would happen if something breaks during our stay?

In case of any damage to the property, we require the guest to pay a reasonable non-refundable damage amount that covers unintentional damage like spilling wine on the rig, breaking glass, or staining a sheet. This goes straight to replacing the item with a new replacement as soon as possible. We have to return the things that get damaged or worn out.
