The primary guest/renter must be 18 years of age or older. The primary guest is the one who reserves and pays for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for the guests staying in the property. If the primary guest is under 18, the contract of agreement needs to be signed by the parents/supervisor ( who is an adult ).
